HINO RANGER OIL CHANGE。大阪市住之江区の南港へ出張し、ATC裏の駐車場で夜から実施した日野レンジャーの出張オイル交換施工事例です。今回は車両に適合するエンジンオイルを規定量交換に加え、オイルエレメントケースを取り外して内部まで洗浄。Oリングと新品エレメントを交換し、復元後のオイル量・漏れを確認しました。

施工前確認と作業準備
大型トラックはオイル量が多く、車種・型式・使用オイル・エレメントの適合確認が重要です。今回は南港のATC裏にある駐車場へ出張し、夜から作業を開始しました。夜間のため照明を確保し、輪止めの設置と周囲の車両・歩行者の安全を確認してからキャビンを上げ、エンジン周辺を点検しました。
古いエンジンオイルを排出
ドレン部を確認し、使用済みエンジンオイルを廃油受けへ回収します。大型車は排出量が多いため、飛散やこぼれを防ぎながら確実に作業を進めます。
オイルエレメントケースを取り外し
エレメントケース周辺を確認し、残ったオイルを受けながら慎重に取り外します。取付面、ねじ部、ケース内部に傷や異物がないかも確認します。
エレメントケースの洗浄とOリング交換
ケース内に古いオイルや汚れが残ったまま新品エレメントを装着しないよう、内側・外側・ねじ部まで洗浄します。洗浄後はシール部を確認し、オイル漏れ防止に重要なOリングを交換して組み付けました。
新品オイルエレメントを装着して復元
新品エレメントを正しい向きで取り付け、洗浄したケースを復元します。規定量のエンジンオイルを注入した後、エンジンを始動して油圧がかかった状態で取付部・ドレン部の漏れを点検。停止後にオイル量を再確認して仕上げます。

First: Vehicle and safety checks
First, our technician completed this Hino Ranger oil change service in Osaka for a large commercial truck. Next, we confirmed the service plan before starting work. After that, we installed the cleaned housing and tightened it correctly. Next, we added fresh engine oil according to the required specification and quantity. Then, we started the engine and allowed oil pressure to build. As a result, our technician checked the drain area and filter housing accurately for leakage. Finally, we stopped the engine and checked the oil level again. Therefore, we completed the final inspection before returning the vehicle.
