We arrange the time and location together. Drop-off is by appointment only. Drying or extensive disassembly may require the vehicle to stay with us for more than one day.

We serve Osaka City, Sakai, Tondabayashi, Habikino, Matsubara, Kashiwara, Kanan and other parts of Osaka, as well as Nara. Wakayama, Hyogo, Kyoto and other Kansai locations can be discussed depending on the job and travel distance.
Weekend and public-holiday bookings may be available. Same-day service depends on our schedule, your location, the cleaning required and drying conditions.
Mobile work needs a suitable parking space. Access to water and electricity may be requested; we will confirm the requirements beforehand.

Can I enquire in English?
Please send a written message on LINE, ideally with photos. Translation tools may be used. We will clarify the work, price and appointment details in writing. Fluent English telephone support is not promised.
Can you clean the car today?
Ask us about availability. Same-day service depends on existing bookings, travel distance and the work required. A same-day start does not always mean same-day collection, especially when thorough drying is needed.
Will every odor disappear after one treatment?
The result depends on the source, how long it has been present and how deeply it has soaked into materials. We explain the expected work and limitations. Some vehicles need repeat cleaning, disassembly or replacement of affected materials.
Is ozone treatment enough on its own?
It may be used as a supporting deodorization step, but contamination often needs to be physically removed first. We choose the method according to the condition of the vehicle.
Can you remove seats and trim?
Where appropriate, yes. We check the construction and electrical or safety equipment before deciding what can be removed. The additional work and cost are explained beforehand.
Can insurance cover the cleaning?
Coverage depends on the incident and your insurance policy. Please ask your insurer whether it applies and what documents are needed. We do not guarantee coverage.
Is a loan car available?
Please ask when booking. A free loan car may be available, but the number of vehicles is limited. Confirm availability and the usage conditions in advance.
